DEPOSIT POLICY:
A fifty percent (50%) Deposit of the total amount is required to reserve trip dates.
The fifty percent (50%) Deposit is non-refundable in all respects. FULL PAYMENT POLICY:
Full or remaining balance payment must be made 90 days prior to your trip’s first date.
Failure to meet any of the payment deadlines may result in losing your reserved trip date(s) and any monies paid to date will fall under the terms of the CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY:
The fifty percent (50%) Deposit is non-refundable in all respects.
If you cancel your booking after you have paid in full the following cancellation charges will be made: between 23 and 30 days before departure:……..50% of the tour cost.
These dates refer to the date we receive written notification of your cancellation. We strongly recommend you protect yourself by purchasing travel insurance.
We have very rarely had to cancel a tour but reserve the right to do so for any reason. If the tour is canceled by our company, all payments will be returned in full.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment can be made by bank transfer, international online money transfer services VISE, WU and Money-Gram.
PRICES:
Scheduled tour prices are based on a minimum of 4 people. There must be a minimum number of 2 people for these private tours. The hotel charges in tours are based on twin rooms. A single room supplement is available upon your request. All extra charges and optional activities not mentioned in the tour itinerary must be paid for by you.
TOUR DETAILS:
The itineraries should be taken as an indication of what each group should complete and not as a contractual obligation. The nature of the tour requires a flexible approach to the stated itinerary and all participants should accept this flexibility and acknowledge that delays and alterations and their results (such as inconvenience or disappointment) are possible.
No refund or compensation will be given for any unused transport, accommodation, services, or features of the tour.
INSURANCE:
At GB-tours Mongolia we believe that your safety and enjoyment are the most important things. Comprehensive travel insurance is essential, therefore, whenever you travel abroad. We recommend that you should arrange your own travel insurance.
